All orders shall be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of payment. Processing and shipping may be expected to take up to 15 working days during peak season or sale period. We will not be responsible with unexpected delay like custom`s process, weather condition etc...we will do our best to avoid delays, but if they do occur, we will be sure to provide notice via email.

Product prices includes shipping costs, but not includes any kind of taxes you may pay during product reception.
